My support draws on local market knowledge built street by street, which lets me tailor valuations and sales strategies to a specific area rather than to the district as a whole. I work out of the RE/MAX Team 4U office on Rua João de Oliveira Miguens in Lisbon, with access to RE/MAX's network of buyers and investors across the region.

My selling support includes a professional valuation, help assembling the necessary documentation, preparing the property (home staging), professional photography, qualifying prospective buyers, expert negotiation, support from the legal department, and follow-up after the sale.
